Return and Refund policy

Have an item to return? We are here to help. Most products in new condition may be returned within 30 days either to a store or by phone. To exchange return an item purchased from our storefront or online; you will need to return at your expense, any unopened or unused items with all tags, labels attached free from soil such as body odors, makeup, perfumes, deodorants, cigarette smoke, and or pet hair within 7 days. Please send your receipts along with your returning items to guiyingcosmo@gmail.com We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. During the exchange process, your items will be inspected to ensure they’re free from the above mentioned. We will promptly process your new order as long as items are in sellable condition.
